Your Role.
Develop and our Geared Motors business in Metals
Build long‑term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and execute the commercial strategy
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools
Collaborate closely with our factories and internal support functions
Handle customer escalations when required
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
Promote digital tools and e‑commerce solutions to customers
Your Profil.
We welcome experienced candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
Experience in technical sales or business development
Deep knowledge of Metals Industry
Knowledge of motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
Interest in technology and industrial applications
Ability to manage your own planning and priorities
Strong command of English (required)
German and additional languages are a plus
