We are seeking a part-time Recruiter (~4 hours/day, European business hours) to own end-to-end talent acquisition across our Europe and North America teams.
You will be a key hiring partner - managing full-cycle recruitment, building candidate pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience as we continue to grow across both regions.
This role offers the potential opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment - Europe & North America
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open roles across Europe and North America, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers across regions to understand role requirements, team context, and hiring timelines
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels to build strong, diverse pipelines
Candidate Experience & Pipeline Management
Ensure positive and professional candidate experience by managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in the ATS, including regular reporting
Provide timely hiring updates and market insights to HR and business stakeholders
Stakeholder & HQ Collaboration
Work closely with the HQ HR (in Hong Kong) and regional business leaders to align on workforce planning and hiring priorities
Support HQ-driven initiatives including but not limited to system implementation, performance management, and process improvement, etc
Assist with additional people-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally covering both Europe and North America
Strong experience sourcing and hiring across multiple functions and levels in an international or matrix organisation
Fluency in English and German is required, additional European language is a plus
Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Experience using HRIS Workday is a plus
Part-time availability of approximately 4 hours per day during European business hours
Location:
Munich (20 hours per week)
