Job Description
What you can expect
Drive the global development and execution of the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) vertical strategy, transforming it into a scalable growth platform.
Foster collaboration across Business Units, including Air & Ocean, Road Freight, Warehousing Solutions and Contract Logistics, to enable integrated customer solutions.
Lead strategic growth initiatives such as GDP network expansion, Competence Centers, service portfolio development and partner network optimization.
Support commercial excellence through RFQ governance, opportunity management, sales enablement and the development of compelling value propositions.
Strengthen compliance and quality standards by coordinating GDP/GxP governance, certification initiatives, audit support and CAPA oversight.
Establish transparent governance structures by monitoring KPIs, preparing executive reviews and facilitating steering committees with global stakeholders.
What you bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
Several years of experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics with a strong background in business development and strategic project management.
Sound knowledge of GDP/GxP regulations, quality management systems and compliance requirements within regulated supply chains.
Proven ability to work successfully in complex, international matrix organizations and to align cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
Fluent in English and German.
