Business Analyst - Logistics (m/f/d)

Location: Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)

Your responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization: Analyze existing procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement measurable improvements.

Requirements Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements (BRDs) and translate them into functional specifications.

End-to-End Ownership: Act as the primary sparring partner for the P2P process and inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring harmonized workflows and an exceptional user experience in close alignment with the business process owners.

Bridge Builder: Act as a liaison between business units, key users, and the technical SAP team to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

Project Management: Facilitate workshops, support testing and training activities, and manage small-scale projects or specific components of larger global initiatives.

Benchmarking: Introduce and standardize best practices to elevate process quality both inside and outside of SAP.

Your profile

Education: A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM and logistics-related business processes (P2P, inventory management, warehousing).

Methodology: Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and practical experience with project management methodologies.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the talent to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.

Communication: Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken). German language skills are considered a benefit.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business as required by international projects.
