We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team to lead messaging, go-to-market execution and consideration-level campaign activity across the Guardian's portfolio of paid products, including the Guardian App, Feast App, newspaper subscriptions and Guardian Weekly magazine.

About the role

Develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging and audience propositions across the paid product portfolio

Continuously refine messaging based on performance data, audience insight and testing.

Create and manage detailed launch plans, timelines and deliverables.

Plan, brief and deliver consideration-level campaigns that build demand and support acquisition.

Ensure strong alignment with performance marketing activity to support conversion.

Work closely with Performance Marketing and Supporter Growth teams to ensure coordinated activity across the funnel.

Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Brand and Commercial teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.

About you

Experience in product marketing, campaign delivery or integrated marketing roles

Proven experience delivering go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns end-to-end

Strong skills in developing and applying messaging across different channels

Experience working closely with creative, media or performance marketing teams

A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Confidence working with data to inform decisions and improve performance

Experience in subscription or digital consumer products

Familiarity with app-based products and marketing

Understanding of full-funnel marketing, particularly the link between brand and performance

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

Guardian News and Media is proud to be a London Living wage employer. The minimum salary for any full-time role within the organisation is £30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience.
