A Clinical Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day delivery of clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of clinical departments.
Lead and support clinical and administrative teams.
Monitor patient care quality and implement service improvements.
Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
Collaborate with consultants and hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes.
Pay: From £6,500.00 per month
