Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with DevOps expertise to join our Incedo project team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and observability solutions, with specific experience in Grafana.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and release processes.

Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery.

Monitor application performance and infrastructure using Grafana and related monitoring tools.

Develop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in Grafana.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Deploy and manage applications on cloud and containerized environments.

Ensure security, reliability, and availability of applications and infrastructure.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and DevOps best practices implementation.

Required Experience

5+ years of Java development experience.

2+ years of DevOps implementation and CI/CD management.

Hands-on experience creating Grafana dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.

Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Telecom domain preferred.

Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are an added advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
