Objetivo:

Esta posición será el punto de contacto principal para los equipos financieros locales, garantizando la calidad en la entrega de reportes financieros, cumplimiento de políticas contables globales, identificación de mejoras de proceso, y soporte técnico en normativas como IFRS. Actividades:

Liderar el proceso contable y de RtR para la región.

Asegurar la calidad en reportes financieros y cumplimiento normativo (IFRS, políticas HEINEKEN).

Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos financieros.

Ser punto de contacto principal con equipos locales y globales.

Requisitos:

Título en Contaduría Pública o carrera afín.

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en empresas multinacionales y al menos 2 años liderando equipos.

Sólido conocimiento en Finanzas, Contabilidad y Consolidación Financiera.

Nivel de Inglés: Avanzado (Indispensable).

Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.

Nivel de Excel: Intermedio/Avanzado.

Conocimiento de Power BI (Plus).
