Objetivo del Puesto

Posición Temporal

Administrar y ejecutar las estrategias de remarketing para la disposición de activos recuperados, unidades provenientes de contratos de arrendamiento, devoluciones y flotillas, asegurando una comercialización eficiente que maximice el valor residual de los activos, minimice pérdidas financieras y contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio de la compañía.

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestionar el proceso de remarketing de unidades recuperadas, terminaciones anticipadas y devoluciones de contratos.

Coordinar inspecciones, valuaciones y preparación de activos para su comercialización.

Analizar tendencias de mercado y condiciones de la industria para determinar estrategias de venta competitivas.

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con concesionarios, subastas, compradores y socios estratégicos.

Monitorear los valores residuales y generar recomendaciones para optimizar los resultados financieros.

Dar seguimiento a inventarios de activos disponibles para venta y asegurar una rotación eficiente.

Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre desempeño de ventas, tiempos de comercialización, recuperación de activos y rentabilidad.

Coordinar actividades con las áreas de Crédito, Cobranza, Operaciones, Ventas y Legal para garantizar el cumplimiento de procesos internos.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, regulaciones aplicables y controles de auditoría.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos de remarketing y recuperación de activos.

Conocimientos y Experiencia

Educación

Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.

Experiencia

De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en remarketing, administración de flotillas, ventas de vehículos comerciales, arrendamiento financiero o industria automotriz.

Experiencia en análisis financiero y seguimiento de activos.

Deseable experiencia en instituciones financieras o empresas de leasing.

Conocimientos Técnicos

Análisis de valor residual.

Procesos de recuperación y disposición de activos.

Mercado de vehículos comerciales y equipo de transporte.

Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos..

Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

Competencias
