HR Recruiter Intern
GM Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. (GMMSPL) is looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) students or recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while working with leading manufacturing and engineering clients.

Eligibility
MBA (HR) – Final Year Students or Recent Graduates only
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring requirements.
Understand job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Conduct data finding, market research, and compliance-related documentation.
