HR Recruiter

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized HR Recruiter who can efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience hiring for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring requirements.

Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding support.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

6 Months to 1 Year of recruitment experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Excellent coordination and team management skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms.

Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience hiring for E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or Corporate roles is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
