Qualification: Charted Accountant / MBA
Experience: 10+ years of experience, with a strong track record in Treasury, Forex and Hedging.
Salary: 25LPA - 40LPA
Job Description:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and manufacturing costing to support business growth.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, forex exposure, hedging, and import-export finance (LCs & trade finance).
Oversee financial reporting, GST, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance.
Drive financial controls, risk management, profitability, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Partner with the CEO and business leaders on strategic planning, fundraising, financial decision-making, and business expansion.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while ensuring strong financial governance and performance.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
