Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Configure and implement D365 SCM modules based on business needs.

Recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft standard functionality.

Solution Design & Implementation

Lead end-to-end SCM module implementation activities.

Configure business processes, workflows, and master data.

Support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.

Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.

Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing & Support

Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.

Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.

Support production deployments and hypercare activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams.

Facilitate workshops and status meetings.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.

Act as a trusted advisor for supply chain process improvements.

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

Expertise in supply chain business processes and ERP implementations.

Functional configuration experience in D365 SCM modules.

Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and Requirement Gathering.

Knowledge of: Business Process Mapping UAT & SIT Testing Security Roles & Permissions Data Migration Validation Reporting & Analytics

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills
