Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (3–5 years’ experience) holding Bachelor's in Computer Science to join our growing product and R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and usability testing

· Translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

· Create responsive, accessible designs for web and mobile platforms

· Build and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components

· Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

· Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics

· Contribute to UX documentation, guidelines, and design rationale

· Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

· 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design

. Holding a degree of Bachelor's in Computer Science

· Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web and mobile design projects

· Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Framer, or similar tools

· Strong understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies

· Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

· Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows

· Ability to write clear UX documentation and communicate design decisions

· Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

· Experience working in SaaS, research, analytics, or enterprise products

· Familiarity with design systems and scalable product ecosystems

· Exposure to data visualization or dashboard design
