Job Position: Solar Account Manager
Basic Salary:
- $3,500 - $4,000 + Commission

Working Hours:
5 working days per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Description:
Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.
Prepare financial models to assess the returns of solar projects.
Prepare and submit proposals/tender bids, follow up, and conduct tender presentations.
Achieve the required sales targets for solar PV projects.
Work closely with the Solar Project Management & O&M team and EPC contractors on project management, ensuring follow-through on the development and implementation of solar PV projects.
Develop strong relationships with C&I customers, SP Services, regulatory and government bodies, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Solar Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
Preferably with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in the energy industry or renewable products.
Experience and knowledge in reviewing financial modelling.
Assertive in achieving KPIs and adaptable as both an individual and team player.
Willing to perform cold calls canvassing for commercial and industrial buildings or factories.

Compensation
This Customer Success Manager role pays $4k/yr. Within typical range for customer success manager roles in Singapore.
