Senior Executive - Industry-Based Training [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Year Contract

[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training Division, you will play a key role in building and sustaining strong industry partnerships to support workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following areas:

Identify and engage potential industry partners to collaborate with ITE on workplace learning programmes and training schemes

Support companies in their training needs analysis and recommend suitable ITE programmes and solutions

Work closely with participating companies to develop and sustain training opportunities for ITE trainees

Gather and provide insights on industry trends, workforce needs, and developments in workplace learning

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and implement workplace learning programmes and related activities

Perform administrative and operational duties to support programme delivery

[What we are looking for]

You should have:

At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales;

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and project management experience

Proficiency in the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of AI tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics/Visualisation will be an added advantage
