About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive (Japanese Speaking) to join a construction industrial machinery company based in Tuas Crescent (West), with company transport provided. This is a permanent, full-time role operating on a Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm schedule, offering a competitive package of up to SGD 5,000, plus travel allowance and performance bonus. The role also provides regional exposure through business travel across Southeast Asia, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy a dynamic, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support market growth across Southeast Asia

Travel within the region as required to engage clients and support business development efforts

Manage and nurture client accounts to build strong, long-term partnerships

Coordinate and support sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and reporting

Assist with administrative and logistical arrangements during customer visits

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence for both internal and external use

Develop proposals and application materials in Japanese with a high level of accuracy

Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Construction or Engineering industry

Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas on short notice when required

Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients

Competency in Microsoft Office applications
