About the role
Contexte et environnement
Within OneTech, you will be one of the key contributors driving the acceleration of the Company’s digital ambition
and strategic programs.
The technical scope is deployment of data and digital solutions across all Exploration & Production (E&P), Refining &
Chemicals (R&C), and Gas & Renewables Power (GRP) gas plant sites.
You will be supporting the Company’s digital transformation while ensuring cybersecurity and the integrity of
control systems.
You will work closely with EP, R&C and GRP hubs and sites, Project Managers, internal teams and support functions
from OneTech Technology and IT, as well as external partners.
You will:
Provide the necessary support and expertise across all the stages of our assets lifecycle
Consolidate our technological know-how, develop and maintain our Technical Referential for our operating excellence
Innovate, develop and implement new technologies to fulfill the Company’s challenges, more specifically keeping a close control of our costs, improving safety, integrity, monitoring, digitalization, production and reducing Company environmental footprint
Activités
The Industrial Instrumentation and digital specialist is responsible for:
Provide, through experience, expertise, and know-how, an independent and informed vision on complex technical subjects, identifying the most appropriate solutions.
Participate in technological OT (Operational Technologies) choices ensuring technical compliance and integration of Digital products and solutions Inmation, Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real Time Dynamic Optimization (RTDO) into the Company industrial systems
Lead the OT/IT engineering with all DCS vendors, knowing key players among them.
Ensure the coordination of the department Strategic Research & Technology Program with the multiple’s stakeholders (OneTech lines, external Partner, EPC contractors, sites, procurement, etc)
Ensure the coordination of all OT modifications with branches sites as well as on green field projects.
Define validation criteria and review technical documents (site assessment reports, technical dossiers, OT/IT interfaces), challenge local integrators and partners on engineering quality and implementation.
Bring expertise, skills, and know how to provide an independent perspective on complex technical topics, identifying the most appropriate solutions.
Share knowledge by providing mentoring and delivering training sessions. - Contribute to the qualification and deployment of new technical solutions.
Develop and keep the technical reference framework up to date within the areas of expertise, taking into account lessons learned and the Company’s needs
Develop and maintain the technical reference framework in areas of expertise, considering obsolescence, cybersecurity, feedback, and company needs.
Profil du candidat
You have to
Be Degree qualified in engineering (MSc, BSc, BEng) with a minimum of 10/15 years’ experience gained with an engineering contractor, vendor or operational environment within the domain of automation, digitalization, instrumentation and control & safety systems,
Knowledge and experience within Oil & Gas industry, offshore or onshore as well as in the new renewable energies would be an advantage,
Leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
Ability to coordinate activities between multiple various teams,
Be "problem-solving" oriented, listening skills
Position requires to be proficient in English. Fluency in French would be beneficial.
