The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role:
To provide accurate and timely support to the Human Resources Advisory Team, in order to foster a positive work environment across the project.
Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, Organisational Psychology, or currently working towards finishing relevant studies.
Experience:
Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on administrative tasks and HR Operations.
Knowledge, and experience in the application of HR/IR systems and processes
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, training, performance management and HR administration.
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed time management skills
High attention to detail
Exceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, change of condition forms, employee correspondence, and other ad-hoc requests.
Maintain personnel records while ensuring information contained is current and comprehensive.
Assist the HR Advisory team in case management by partaking in investigation, disciplinary and performance management meetings by taking meeting minutes.
Assist the team with implementing the project culture framework
Support managers in the development and up-keep of position descriptions for all roles.
In collaboration with the HR Advisory team, identify emerging issues in the workplace and assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Ability to liaise with all levels of a typical workforce and comfortable interacting with a range of issues.
Develop relationships with Project leaders and relevant external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance and support personnel and management on counselling/discipline, conflict resolution, probation, return to work and performance evaluations, including assisting in investigations when required.
