We are seeking to appoint a full-time Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference!
Our ideal candidate
Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
Creative individual with a flair for fashion
Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories
Track store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
Demonstrates strong business acumen through understanding organisational objectives
Manage training process for new hires and current employees
Demonstrate effective execution of all performance management tools
Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy
Responsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively
Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues.
