About the role
An exciting 14-month secondment opportunity exists for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, commercial management, and overall success of the Consumer Charge Card portfolio. 2026 and beyond will yield an exciting chapter for the Consumer Charge portfolio which is a critical growth and profitability driver for the ICS Australia and New Zealand business. With an ambitious product refresh agenda and roadmap, this role will form a key part of the ICS Charge Cards and Benefits Partnerships team’s success.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, delivering an optimum value proposition, whilst concurrently delivering long-term product profitability via sustainable product economics and upholding our brand values. You will have a team of one Assistant Manager.
Strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Strong commercial acumen, including ability to identify and size business opportunities
Project management experience with discipline to manage multiple projects running concurrently
Team player who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities
Track record of execution in spite of roadblocks
Analytically minded with the ability to turn data and research into actionable insights Customer advocate with a pulse of trends shaping demand
Understanding of Amex products and competitive landscape
Excellent written and oral communications skills to influence at all levels
Strong people leader
Understanding of internal systems and marketing platforms
Experience in developing premium offerings in lifestyle, brand or experiences is advantageous.
