The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Communications Security (COMSEC) Account Manager (CAM) to support Boeing Defence Australia and their portfolio of programs and development activities for a range of customers. The role is based at RAAF base Amberley, QLD.

Responsibilities

Provision of internal customer support requirements for routine and ad hoc tasks;

Support all aspects of Comsec account management, administration and security;

Manage authorized personnel and access requirements, including developing and delivering briefings and training;

Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to customers and stakeholders.

Experience/Qualifications

Recent experience working in a CAM or ACAM role is essential; experience working with or in a large Industry prime contractor desirable;

Completed relevant COMSEC training, have experience with CARDS and be familiar with Australian Government and Defence COMSEC policy, procedures and responsibilities;

Experience in the operation and management of various in-service COMSEC equipment highly desirable;

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, build trust and collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders;

Be conversant with Safe hand procedures for movement of COMSEC Equipment

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements and be suitable to maintain or reinstate an NV2 security clearance.
