MSP Lead Programme Management Specialist

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced MSP Lead Programme Management Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of Managed Service Provider (MSP) recruitment services across multiple countries within the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with MSP, RPO, or vendor management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Youll play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships, supplier performance, recruitment operations, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive exceptional customer outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day delivery of MSP services across multiple countries.

Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to support contingent workforce requirements.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including vacancy intake, supplier engagement, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Act as the primary escalation point for operational recruitment activities.

Manage and monitor third-party supplier performance to ensure service excellence.

Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and recruitment standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Track recruitment metrics, supplier performance, and hiring manager feedback.

Deliver against agreed SLAs and KPIs while driving continuous improvement.

Provide reporting, workforce insights, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Support workforce planning activities and future hiring forecasts.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process enhancements.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

What Were Looking For

Experience within MSP, RPO, Vendor Management, or Workforce Solutions environments.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Experience managing third-party suppliers and recruitment compliance activities.

Exposure to working across multiple countries or regions.

Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to build relationships across different cultures and business environments.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting MSP programme growth or expansion initiatives.

Proven ability to improve service delivery and operational performance.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
