RINA is currently recruiting an Engineering Intern - Infrastructure & Mobility to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
Mission
Contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals by supporting cost estimation, technical documentation, opportunity tracking, and business development activities within the Infrastructure & Mobility division. This position is predominantly office-based and focused on engineering consulting support, proposal management, and documentation processes.
Key Activities
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for infrastructure projects.
Monitor and track business opportunities, maintaining accurate records and follow-up activities.
Assist the Operations and Sales teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct research and analysis of technical references, industry benchmarks, and similar services to support proposal development.
Support cost estimation and pricing activities for proposals and quotations.
Participate in internal alignment meetings related to pricing strategies and proposal reviews.
Contribute to the development of new services through activities such as feasibility studies, business case preparation, and documentation support.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English skills are a plus.
Availability to work 6 hours per day as an intern.
Interest in the infrastructure sector and proposal development processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Additional Information
Office location: Rio de Janeiro (Centro).
Hybrid work model, available after the initial onboarding period, with office-based work required during the first phase of the internship.
