Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer / MuleSoft Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MuleSoft development, API-led connectivity, integration architecture, and DataWeave . Preference will be given to candidates with BFSI domain experience and MuleSoft architecture exposure.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft.

Architect scalable, secure, and reusable API-led connectivity solutions.

Develop and maintain REST APIs, SOAP services, and system integrations.

Design reusable integration assets and frameworks.

Develop complex DataWeave transformations and mappings.

Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and governance standards.

Prepare technical design documents and architecture artefacts.

Required Skills

8+ years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.

Strong experience in Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.

Excellent hands-on expertise in DataWeave 2.0.

Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.

Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RAML, JSON, XML, and API design.

Hands-on experience with API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, CloudHub , and Anypoint Studio.

Experience integrating enterprise systems, databases, cloud applications, ERP, and CRM platforms.

Exposure to Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidate must have worked on multiple end-to-end MuleSoft implementation projects.

Strong hands-on experience in DataWeave , including complex transformations, mappings, error handling, and optimization.

Ability to independently design and deliver enterprise-grade MuleSoft solutions.

Candidate must currently be based in Mumbai.

Candidate must be comfortable working from the office on all working days.

Strong experience in API design, integration architecture, and MuleSoft best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience in Mule 4 implementations is highly preferred.

MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification is preferred.

MuleSoft Certified Developer certification will be an added advantage.

BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain experience is highly preferred.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

Exposure to Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.

Understanding of API Security, OAuth, JWT, SSO, and enterprise integration governance.
