We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, including Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, PF & ESIC Compliance, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Exit Formalities, and HR Administration.

Payroll & Attendance Management
PF, ESIC & Statutory Compliance
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Employee Grievance Handling
Full & Final Settlement Process
HRMS/Saral PayPack Management
Performance & Employee Engagement Activities
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
5+ years of HR Operations experience
Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
