About the Global Workplace Services (GWS) Team
The Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is part of PepsiCo’s Strategy and Transformation Capabilities group, responsible for developing, deploying and supporting a broad range of workplace technology solutions to provide a great employee experience for PepsiCo associates worldwide.
GWS Solutions Include
Communication and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
End-user computing hardware including laptops, phones, tablets, and VR/AR headsets
In-room video conferencing solutions
Voice solutions
Digital signage solutions
Global help desk platforms to provide world-class technical support
Partnerships & Global Support
GWS works closely with PepsiCo’s Global Real Estate and Global Security functions to ensure new office spaces and industrial spaces are built with enterprise standard technology and security solutions, and to support the set of applications used by these functions to manage PepsiCo’s global portfolio of over 3,900 locations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of workplace technology solutions across PepsiCo’s global footprint
Serve as a critical interface between Global Real Estate, Global Security, and IT capabilities
Contribute to defining and implementing global workplace technology standards for new facility construction and industrial site upgrades
Lead proofs of concept and pilots for various new technologies being assessed
Oversee application support and operational performance for Real Estate and Security platforms, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous improvement
Drive vendor management across SaaS and PaaS platforms, facilitating escalations, feature development, and system integrations
Manage contractor teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust and secure technology environments
Lead CI onboarding, privacy reviews, and documentation governance to support compliance and scalability
Collaborate with the Strategy & Transformation (S&T;) Capabilities team to assess and deploy workplace innovations that elevate employee experience
Provide strategic input and reporting to leadership, aligning technical solutions with organizational goals
Qualifications:
6- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or global service delivery
Proven track record in leading application support teams and vendor ecosystems
Deep understanding of enterprise-grade workplace platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365)
Comfortable in learning how to navigate PepsiCo’s security process protocols and compliance processes
Strong communication and cross-regional collaboration abilities
Comfortable in learning how drive transformation programs is very important
Members of this team “wear many hats” – everyone is very adaptable, deals well with ambiguity, is a self-starter and works with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn in combination with strong communication skills is key
This group is exploring some new leading edge technologies that require one to be proactive, take initiative and be effective at solving problems independently
