We are currently seeking a Supervisor Software Development Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibility: Serve as a developer contributor in Enterprise Platform/Software Engineering to advance Software Engineering practices across UTG, introducing and enhancing standard CI/CD pipelines, introducing and enhancing Gen AI tools to improve developer productivity, introducing ways to measure developer productivity, creating developer self-service platforms to improve consistency, speed and quality.

Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes

Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation

Technical Skills Tools

Required tools/technologies: Kubernetes, GCP, Azure, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jfrog, Wiz, GitHub

Strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring tools expertise, and automation capability expected.
