About the role

Cerchiamo una persona energica per il ruolo di Addetto/a selezione personale nel nostro team HR dedicato a un contact center in forte espansione a Campogalliano.

Nel tuo quotidiano gestirai il flusso di candidature per operatori di customer care: screening CV su portale Zucchetti, contatto telefonico con i profili selezionati e organizzazione di 8-12 colloqui settimanali con i responsabili di turno. Seguirai anche l'onboarding operativo dei nuovi assunti, coordinando calendari e materiali formativi.

Requisiti:

diploma di scuola superiore

ottime capacità comunicative al telefono

precisione nella gestione di appuntamenti e dati

buon uso di Excel e strumenti di calendario

valutiamo anche candidati alla prima esperienza

Offerta e benefit:

retribuzione 1.450-1.780 € lordi mensili

tempo pieno full-time 40h, turni mattutini/pomeridiani

Formazione continua

Orario flessibile in entrata/uscita

affiancamento diretto dal responsabile HR
