#ELC Creative Visual Merchandising

The Role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Visual Merchandising team, to support the Visual Merchandising Manager.

Key Performance Areas

Assist the VM Manager with the organization and implementation of window scheme setups;

Manage internal reporting to be shared at EMEA and global levels;

Liaise with local and global suppliers to ensure flawless in-store execution;

Support the VM Manager in the creation and development of special events, including in-store activations, press events, and paid media exhibitions;

Develop a deep understanding of the brand's DNA, contributing to the introduction of new merchandising material concepts;

Collaborate with the EMEA team on designs, guidelines, and regional feedback for POS/display units.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields;

Excellent analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset;

Precision, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines;

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva;

Fluent in English and Italian;

Passion for fashion, branding, and visual storytelling.
