About the role

Stiamo ampliando il team in negozio: cerchiamo addetto/a gestione clienti per rafforzare il front office e migliorare l'esperienza in punto vendita retail.

Requisiti:

buone capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente

conoscenza base degli strumenti di cassa e POS

disponibilità immediata per sostituzioni estive

patente B non richiesta ma gradita per rifornimenti occasionali

Lavorerai direttamente con i clienti del negozio, gestendo le loro richieste quotidiane, supportando le vendite assistite e occupandoti di piccoli allestimenti e riassortimento scaffali. Avrai anche il compito di seguire i resi e le pratiche post-vendita su sistema gestionale semplice.

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1400-1600 €
