You will connect multiple commercial levers such as assortment strategy, in-store execution, customer planning, and route-to-market approaches to unlock sustainable value. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and strong executional leadership, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, category management, and international teams.
If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy influencing senior stakeholders, and are passionate about turning strategy into tangible results, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Commercial Integration Strategy
Develop and implement frameworks that connect revenue growth strategies with in-store execution, ensuring optimal pricing, assortment, and product availability.
Partner with category management and in-store execution teams to embed key initiatives into store planning (e.g., assortment optimization, shelving strategies).

Collaborate with customer teams to incorporate growth strategies into top account plans.
Test, learn, and refine approaches in priority markets to scale successful practices globally.
3. Drive Performance Visibility & Value Realization
Ensure strong tracking and measurement of impact, providing visibility to senior leadership.
Establish performance tracking frameworks to monitor execution and results.
Lead business case development and quantify value delivered by initiatives.

4. Build Organizational Capability
Strengthen commercial and sales capabilities to enable effective execution of revenue growth strategies.
Partner with capability teams to design and deliver targeted training programs.
Upskill teams on commercial tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
5. Shape the Future of Digital Commercial Capabilities
Define and advance the long-term vision for digital tools that enhance commercial decision-making and execution.
Leverage data and digital tools to optimize in-market investments and improve return on investment.
Integrate execution data (e.g., store-level insights) into commercial planning.
Explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance commercial effectiveness.
