We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator– Reconciliations

In this role, you will:

Preparing of reconciliation packs for a variety of clients/funds (traditional & hedge funds) across different geographical locations

Perform the fund’s activities correctly as per the SOP. Adhere to defined process KPIs and PLAs.

Should be accountable for all the reconciliation related activities falling with the scope of Markets & Securities Services Reconciliation team.

Support department initiatives, regulatory, compliance and reduce risk. Be flexible to adapt in different working environments/ time zones with counter parts across the globe

Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by the manager in support of specific projects, on-going management and development of the process.

To be successful you will:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to the accounting/finance industry with accounting work experience or Reconciliation exposure.

Good knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments. Life cycle of NAV process with basic knowledge of end-to-end product and process, multiple market and regulations.

Proficiency in EXCEL essential and Knowledge of Derivatives Instruments.

Excellent knowledge in reconciliations process with clear understanding of the E2E Fund Accounting Model.

Working knowledge of Bloomberg / Reuters, other reconciliation and accounting applications used across industry
