We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Data Analytics
In this role, you will:
Execute various analyses and develop strategies to support business decisions across the customer lifecycle for a particular product/market
Identify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problems
Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards. Also drive business benefit through self-initiated projects
Manage the ongoing monitoring of the fraud detection systems to ensure that they are performing optimally and in line with appetite & manage flash fraud attacks
Work with the Team leads to ensure that detailed root-cause analysis is undertaken to identify control and/or process/procedure failings that are driving fraud attacks, escalating to the process/control owner
Demonstrating agility in responding to spurt in the fraud attacks. Talking & liaising with the connected relevant teams to act swiftly to stop fraud attacks.
To be successful you will:
Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred
Good knowledge of Analytical and ML concepts like modeling, forecasting, segmentation etc
Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline engineering specializations. Understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
Good knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SAS, SQL, Big query, Python
Enthusiasm for proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases for new data and/or tools/wider industry trends
