Support ad hoc finance projects and analyses as required.

Prepare, consolidate, and complete financial reporting for LBEs, Plan, Update, and LRP cycles in line with global, intercompany, and affiliate policies, processes, and guidance.

Maintain financial sales models and provide inputs into planning systems.

Partner with commercial and support teams on forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.

Support the Senior Business Finance Manager and ANZ FP&A Controller through key planning cycles and business reviews.

Support preparation of monthly demand presentation materials, split charts, commercial models and management reporting packs.

Update and maintain internal management reporting and planning systems.

Deliver monthly sales and expense reporting with clear variance analysis and commentary.

Track performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Monitor, analyse, and review SG&A spending.

Interpret financial information to support sound financial and operational decision-making.

Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to decision-making through effective business partnering.

Ensure financial results are recorded in compliance with AbbVie financial policies and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Work effectively within a matrixed organization and collaborate with shared service providers where relevant.

Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVie’s policies and procedures.

Proactively participate in AbbVie’s WHS programs, adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.

Adhere to AbbVie’s codes of conduct and compliance processes, including timely training and maintaining ethics and integrity.

Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested.
