Your Impact
As the Technical Director, you will serve as the senior technology leader supporting facility services for a high-profile client with a diverse portfolio of real estate and building types - including broadcast studios, Class A high-rise offices, and customer-facing environments . You'll oversee the implementation, optimization, and long-term performance of critical technology platforms while partnering closely with operations, client leadership, and corporate technology teams.
You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure technology becomes a competitive advantage for both ISS and our client.
What You'll Do
Lead the technology workstream during account mobilization and ongoing operations
Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of:
ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
Zan Compute
Power BI
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team
Serve as the primary technology advisor for client leadership
Deliver actionable business intelligence and executive reporting through Power BI
Support field operations with innovative digital workflows and automation
Align technology initiatives with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational objectives
Establish governance, documentation, support models, and best practices
Identify technology risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account

What You'll Bring

Ideal Qualifications
Experience leading technology teams within service delivery or facilities management environments
Hands-on, player-coach leadership style
Multi-site operational technology experience
Enterprise system implementation and mobilization experience
Strong executive stakeholder management skills
Experience building, mentoring, and developing technical teams
Understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
Experience with ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
Knowledge of Zan Compute technology preferred
Experience developing dashboards and reporting in Power BI preferred
CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management experience
Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), or contract services experience
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
ServiceNow and/or Power BI certifications preferred
Experience in movie, production and broadcast studios

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $114000.00 per year - $139000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
