What you’ll be doing
In this exciting role, you will:
Report directly to the Category Manager, collaborating closely with the Brand Buying team.
Analyse customer data to recommend sourcing strategies that align with our global brand vision.
Identify new opportunities to enhance our product offerings and set Boots apart from competitors.
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.
Contribute to high-profile projects that shape our product range and customer experience.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
Experience in sourcing, buying, or supplier management within FMCG or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
A collaborative spirit and a friendly personality that thrives in a team environment.
A passion for health and beauty products and a desire to make a difference for our customers.
It would be great if you also have
Experience in data analysis to support decision-making.
A proactive approach to identifying market trends and opportunities.
