About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure world-class service levels, cost efficiency, material availability, and inventory accuracy across the supply chain. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse automation projects, inventory optimization strategies, and transportation management while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading warehouse, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations across multiple facilities and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)

Driving cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels, operational flexibility, and inventory accuracy

Developing and implementing warehouse automation, RFID, barcode, traceability, and material flow technologies with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI)

Managing inventory control processes, including physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, inventory adjustments, and root cause analysis

Collaborating with Production, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure material availability and inventory optimization

Optimizing internal and external logistics operations, including transportation management and warehouse network performance

Leading continuous improvement projects focused on material flow, warehouse layout optimization, productivity, and waste reduction

Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers to improve service, cost performance, and operational scalability

Supporting JIT, Kanban, and MRP replenishment processes to ensure uninterrupted production operations

Establishing and monitoring key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, OTD, fill rate, dock-to-stock time, productivity, and cost savings

Managing departmental budgets, expense controls, and strategic cost-saving initiatives

Participating in global supply chain and warehouse transformation projects, including automation initiatives for material delivery to production lines

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations

Experience managing large warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and logistics functions

Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, JIT, Kanban, and MRP processes

Experience managing transportation operations and third-party logistics providers (3PL)

Proven experience leading automation, RFID, barcode, traceability, or warehouse optimization projects

Experience managing operational budgets, cost controls, and productivity improvement initiatives

Strong SAP experience

Advanced English proficiency

Experience leading large operational teams in a manufacturing environment

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

Experience leading global supply chain and logistics transformation projects

Experience with automated material handling systems, AGVs, or autonomous delivery solutions

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certifications

Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments
