Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs.
Map current business processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future-state processes (TO-BE) to improve operational efficiency.
Translate business needs into practical and technically feasible solutions, ensuring alignment between business and IT teams.
Support solution design and validation activities, assessing technical feasibility and compliance with business requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and decision-making.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes, contributing to user adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES systems, and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).
Experience with testing and validation activities, including unit testing, functional testing, and system validation.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter data modeling, development, and tegrations.
Knowledge of Java, C++, XML, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC).
Knowledge of PLM processes, BOM management, change management (ECR/ECO), document control, and versioning.
Proficient English.
Desirable
Participation in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
Working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with technical documentation and version control systems such as Git.
Spanish language skills.

Location: São José dos Campos/SP (GBS)
Work Model: Flexible
Hybrid on-site work environment: This position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
