Realizar faturamento de pacientes, reconhecimento e contabilização de receitas no sistema operacional – JDE

Contabilização dos procedimentos

Emissão de relatórios de cobrança/faturamento

Emissão de NFs

Autorização e acompanhamento junto a fonte pagadora dos procedimentos

Alimentar o sistema com informações necessário ao faturamento

Imprimir documentos necessários junto ao processo de faturamento

Realizar o processo de faturamento e enviar conforme regra de cada fonte pagadora

Apoio ao setor de recurso de glosas

Providenciar todos os documentos comprobatórios que sustentam o faturamento, arquivando todos os documentos.

Levantamento e acompanhamento de honorários médicos de turnos/plantões e consultório para solicitação de emissão de NF pelo prestador médico.

Suporte a recepção com rotinas de faturamento/aprovações tolkens

Atualizar tabela no sistema Única com contratualizações novas ou reajustes

Cumprir normas, rotinas e procedimentos da Clínica;

Auxiliar o superior imediato em projetos e trabalhos para os quais for convocado.

Controle, solicitação e envio de documentações de arquivos ao prestador de gestão de arquivo.
