InterMoor is looking to add a Project and Logistics Analyst to the team. The Project and Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting the Operations Department in the issuance, coordination, and analysis of logistics data, ensuring project integration, process control, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.

Duties
Recruit and coordinate logistics personnel, such as drivers, hotel transportation providers, and air transport companies, according to availability and requirements.
Monitor the daily operation and ensure that the required personnel will be available for the operation at the required location
Responsible for the visa process
Maintain records of logistics activities, visa processes, executed requests, etc
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Ensure that facilities, assets, and communication channels are used effectively
Plan and track the shipment of products according to customer or internal clients’ requirements
Issue purchase orders in the financial system
Prepare and monitor logistics operation reports and KPIs
Prepare and issue proformas, and maintain an updated control of issued proformas
Follow up on proforma approvals, client PO increases, and all activities related to proformas
Prepare the Best Guess and support the preparation of the ROFO
Responsible for the issuance process of the Local Content Certificate
Issue purchase requisitions in the company’s procurement system
Required
Proven experience as logistics analyst
BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
Fluent in English
Experience in customer service and Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements will be appreciated
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
