Work Model: Fully Remote (Mandatory availability for business travel, including assignments of up to 3 months in Saudi Arabia)

About the Opportunity

As a Design & Microwave Project Support professional, you will play a key role in supporting microwave network deployment projects by ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring rollout activities, coordinating acceptance processes, and maintaining compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects while ensuring governance, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and technical records.

Manage project trackers, acceptance reports, and delivery documentation.

Monitor rollout progress, milestones, and project deliverables.

Coordinate acceptance, licensing, and compliance activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ensure document control, data accuracy, and timely approvals.

Support customer and internal audits by maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project governance and delivery standards.

Produce reports and monitor project progress throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements

Technical Skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Telecom Project Support, PMO, Rollout Coordination, or similar roles.

Experience supporting telecommunications deployment or microwave network projects.

Strong documentation management and document control skills.

Experience with project tracking, reporting, and governance activities.

Knowledge of rollout monitoring, acceptance, and licensing processes.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams.

Languages

English – B2 or higher (Mandatory).
