AI Learning Solutions at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design, build, and iterate AI-powered tools, automations, and learning solutions that create measurable performance impact across the company. You'll be one of the few people in the company whose job is literally to build AI - not talk about it, not recommend it, but ship it. Working with real business problems and real stakeholders, you'll own solutions end-to-end, from identifying a performance gap to deploying a working tool that fixes it. The LearningX team operates like a startup inside a large tech company, with high visibility, direct impact, and room to grow into wherever your skills take you.

What You'll Do:

Design and build AI-powered learning tools including copilots, smart content generators, performance support apps, and internal assistants using LLM APIs and no/low-code platforms.

Translate performance gaps identified with stakeholders into working prototypes, validated, iterated, and shipped to production within short cycles.

Automate repetitive L&D workflows including content creation, assessments, reporting, and onboarding flows using AI, scripts, and integrations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with area stakeholders to scope high-impact learning problems worth solving with technology.

Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards that surface learning impact, completion, and performance metrics in near real-time.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in L&D, EdTech, HR Tech, or adjacent fields with a strong tech or product execution component.

Demonstrated experience building tools with AI including LLM APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic, prompt engineering, and AI integrations.

Proficiency with at least one automation or no-code platform such as Pipefy, Notion, or Monday.

Data fluency including building dashboards, interpreting usage metrics, and drawing actionable insights.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of evaluation frameworks such as Kirkpatrick or OKR-linked L&D measurement.

Exposure to agile or scrum methodologies in product or tech teams.

Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and their APIs.
