As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll lead machine learning initiatives and build production systems that drive business innovation. You'll design scalable ML architectures, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with product and data teams to bring AI models to production.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop advanced machine learning systems with focus on scalability and performance.

Lead technical decisions and provide guidance for ML development initiatives.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in ML best practices and engineering principles.

Build and optimize ML pipelines, from experimentation to production deployment.

Drive model performance, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Evaluate and implement cutting-edge ML technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.

What We Are Looking For:

4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.

Strong expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

Extensive experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production ML systems.

Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.

Deep understanding of ML algorithms, data processing, and system optimization.

Advanced level of English.
