Kubernetes Platform Engineer at BairesDev

As a Kubernetes Platform Engineer, you will lead the evolution of our container orchestration strategy across multi-cloud environments. You will serve as a technical authority for our core platform, ensuring high scalability and reliability for business-critical applications.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design and implementation of Kubernetes platform initiatives across multi-cluster and multi-cloud environments.

Develop and maintain core platform components using Go, focusing on internal systems like etcd and lifecycle management tools.

Architect and manage advanced storage and networking solutions utilizing CSI, Longhorn, and various CNI providers.

Drive the strategy for Kubernetes distributions like RKE to ensure consistent and secure cluster deployments.

Collaborate with engineering teams to define architectural standards for platform scalability, reliability, and security.

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.

Proven expertise in leading Kubernetes platform initiatives across multi-cluster environments.

Proficiency in Go programming and designing core platform components like CSI, CNI, and etcd.

Hands-on experience with RKE, Longhorn storage, and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Advanced proficiency in English.
