As a Senior Kafka Engineer, you'll lead streaming data initiatives and build scalable event-driven architectures. You'll design Kafka solutions, mentor engineering teams, and set the standard for data streaming excellence.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement scalable Kafka streaming solutions with focus on performance and reliability.

Lead technical decisions and provide guidance on Kafka architecture and data pipelines.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in Kafka best practices and streaming technologies.

Optimize Kafka clusters for performance, throughput, and reliability across production environments.

Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to deliver quality streaming solutions.

Evaluate and implement new streaming technologies and patterns to enhance data processing capabilities.

What We Are Looking For:

4+ years of experience in Kafka engineering or streaming data platforms.

Strong expertise in Kafka architecture, cluster management, and stream processing.

Extensive experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.

Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.

Deep understanding of performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Kafka environments.

Advanced level of English.
