Software Engineer (WebRTC) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in WebRTC, you will develop high-performance real-time audio and video communication solutions. You will play a key role in building seamless peer-to-peer experiences, ensuring low-latency and high-quality media delivery for users worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement robust real-time communication features using the WebRTC framework.

Develop and optimize logic for peer-to-peer connections and signaling protocols.

Configure and manage NAT traversal solutions, including STUN and TURN servers, to ensure connectivity across complex networks.

Build and maintain media server architectures for scalable multi-party video and audio sessions.

Ensure communication security and data integrity by implementing SRTP and other secure protocols.

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on real-time communication.

Proven expertise in developing real-time audio and video applications using WebRTC.

Deep understanding of networking protocols including SRTP, TURN, and STUN.

Hands-on experience with peer-to-peer connections, media servers, and NAT traversal.

Advanced proficiency in English.
