Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes – ensure timely, quality progress of features and initiatives from discovery to delivery

Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across squads

Lead stakeholder engagement – align business, technology, and risk teams on outcomes

Drive delivery governance, reporting, and compliance

Ensure clear accountability across teams (not centralised to leadership)

Improve delivery efficiency, processes, and Agile maturity

Translate ideas/objectives into executable delivery plans

Must-Have Skills

Strong delivery leadership

Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and risk

Strong technology understanding (platforms, architecture, SDLC)

Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks

Ability to drive accountability at squad/team level

Experience working with AI Tools - Specifically Cursor

Good to Have

Exposure to Cyber Security delivery / vulnerability remediation programs

Experience with regulatory or risk-driven delivery environments

Mandatory Competencies

Agile - Agile - SCRUM
