About the role
Role Summary
Support regional and overseas medical affairs, including evidence generation, KOL engagement, scientific communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Lead clinical or epidemiological research: generate protocols, coordinate with investigators, manage operations, and ensure timely study progress.
Support manuscript development and publication: discuss results with PIs, review drafts, and drive timely submission.
Gather regional regulatory requirements for drugs, engage KOLs, and compile PI lists/site references for global studies.
Conduct educational activities (forums, advisory boards, expert meetings) aligned with medical strategy.
Support Marketing-led medical education: review slides and provide scientific/clinical data.
Map and engage KOLs, maintain expert database, gather insights on unmet needs, and input into R&D and post-launch planning.
Help develop medical strategies for innovative products: country-specific evidence/data dissemination plans, annual strategy, and clinical guideline updates.
Build and maintain product data sets (slides, literature) and regularly update materials with new evidence.
Provide scientific/medical training to international business team and support R&D, Sales, Marketing as needed.
Requirements :
Master’s/Bachelor’s in Clinical Medicine, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
6–10 years in medical / clinical affairs, oncology / immunology / infectious disease preferred.
Post-market medical activities or cross-border medical affairs experience a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable with global/regional teams.
Open to business travel internationally.
