What’s the role?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cook / Barista to join our team at our client site in Berkeley Vale.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the café and kitchen. This hands-on role includes food preparation, coffee making, counter service, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees on site.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages

Making coffees and supporting café operations

Providing outstanding customer service

Assisting with basic food preparation, including sandwiches and light meals

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen and café

Supporting general kitchen duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, cafés, or food service environments

Barista experience and confidence preparing a range of coffee beverages

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A strong commitment to food safety and workplace hygiene standards

This is a Full Time role, Mon to Fri from 6.00am to 2.00pm 38hrs per week.
